Enjoy a true East End Experience

Our beautiful home has welcomed guests from NYC to Los Angeles, Europe and India.

Rooms: Downstairs:  Formal Living Room with fireplace, Formal Dining Room, Family Room, with door leading off to pool, eat in kitchen, ½ bath. Upstairs:  Master Bedroom with king sized tempapedic mattress bed, master bath, two bedrooms with queen sized beds, study/den with computer, scanner, fax and futon for extra sleeping, full bath. Full basement, not finished off, but with some exercise equipment, a freezer, and room for kids to roller skate. Outdoors: Heated 20' x 40' pool, large deck, extensive outdoor furniture, gas grill; Shade Garden with hammock and table with chairs. Amenities: Central Air Conditioning; three televisions, three DVD players, music system throughout downstairs and pool deck; full complement of cooking supplies including lobster pots, blenders, etc. pool towels, all linens, books, books, books! Rental: The fee is $12,000 for one month but the month may be made up of the last two weeks in July and the first two in August, or some other configuration.  Two week rental may be considered, but cost would be $7,000.00.  All utilities are included in fee including weekly house cleaning, laundry of linens, pool and yard maintenance.  A security deposit is required. Personal Note: This is a private home that is occupied by the owners the rest of the year.  It is not a typical rental property.  All former tenants have loved and respected our home.  We try to make sure our home is a "good fit" for renters so that everyone ends up happy!  Well behaved children are welcome as is a well behaved dog.
